About our Founder, Jon Holsten:
Jon Holsten started his career in real estate after an 18 year career in law enforcement. With a sphere-based approach and stellar service, Jon closed 47 deals in his rookie year and has earned both local and national recognition for excellent service.
In 2018, Jon started TopNotch Agents after being discouraged at the number of new real estate agents chewed up and spit out by the industry. He believes poor training is one of the main reasons new real estate agents fail. Since creating TopNotch in 2018, Jon has been helping new agents find success faster with 1 on 1 and group coaching, both in-person and virtual.
Jon has six children, and is married to his wife Ceri. They live in Fort Collins, CO and Jon currently runs "The Holsten Team" in Northern, CO where they help people buy, sell, and invest with confidence.
